Design Polls to Match Your Brand

Customize the appearance of your VoteSpark poll to match your brand. You can change colors, icons, and labels for the upvote and downvote buttons, as well as adjust the layout and style of the poll itself.

Prerequisites

• VoteSpark product poll already added to your product template
• A published Online Store 2.0 theme

Customize the product poll appearance

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes, then click Customize to open the theme editor.
2. In the top dropdown menu, select Products > Default product (or any product template where the poll is added).
3. Click on the VoteSpark – Product Poll block to open customization settings.
4. In the sidebar, adjust the following options:
   • Button Color – Choose the color for the upvote/downvote buttons.
   • Button Text Color – Choose the color of the text/icons on the buttons.
   • Button Radius – Adjust the roundness of the buttons using the slider.
   • Form Background Color – Set the background color of the feedback form container.
5. Customize button icons:
   • Upvote Icon – You can use ThumbsUpIcon , ArrowUpIcon , or any emoji (e.g., 👍)
   • Downvote Icon – You can use ThumbsDownIcon , ArrowDownIcon , or any emoji (e.g., 👎)
6. Customize button labels:
   • Upvote Label – Enter the text shown next to the upvote icon (e.g., “Like”)
   • Downvote Label – Enter the text shown next to the downvote icon (e.g., “Dislike”)
7. When you're done, click Save in the top right to publish your changes.
