Managing Product Feedback

VoteSpark captures valuable customer feedback through product polls—everything from upvotes to sentiment traits, comments, email signups, and more. This guide explains how to access, review, and manage that feedback to inform your product decisions.

Prerequisites

  • At least one active poll with responses
  • VoteSpark product poll on your product page
  • A product poll with voting activity

View and manage poll feedback

  1. From your VoteSpark dashboard, go to the Ideas tab.
  2. Click on any idea that has received feedback.
  3. In the Feedback section, click View feedback to open the Feedback Modal.
  4. Click Review to mark the feedback as processed. This updates its status to Reviewed and moves you to the next entry.
  5. Add comments in the Notes field to leave internal comments about the feedback.
  6. Add custom Tags to group or categorize submissions.
  7. Click Save to store notes and tags.
