Getting Started with Polls

Follow these steps to ensure you get the most out of VoteSpark.

Add the Vote Spark Poll to Your Theme

• Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
• Go to the Online Store section and select Themes.
• Click on Customize next to your current theme to open the theme editor.
• In the theme editor, select the product page where you want to add the Vote Spark poll.
• Click on + Add block and choose Apps.
• Find and select VoteSpark Product Poll.
• Once added, you can customize the appearance of the poll to match your store's branding. Adjust colors, labels, and icons as needed.
• After customizing, click Save to publish the changes to your store.

Creating Your First Product Poll

• In your Shopify admin, go to the Vote Spark app section.
• Click on Create Poll to start a new product poll.
• Select the product you want to gather feedback on from the product picker.
• Set up the poll settings, including the question you want to ask customers and any additional options.
• Once you have configured the settings, change the status to Active and select Save to make the poll live on your product page.

Collecting Feedback

• After publishing your product poll, customers can start providing feedback through the poll.
• Monitor the feedback in the Vote Spark dashboard to gain insights into customer preferences and sentiments.

Managing Feedback

• Use the Vote Spark dashboard to view collected feedback, analyze trends, and make informed decisions about your product offerings.
• You can categorize feedback with tags and notes for better organization.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

• If you encounter issues with the app not displaying correctly, ensure that you have added the app block to the correct product page and saved your changes.
